City Wide Generator Maintenance Service and Installation If the City rejects all Bids, the City may re-solicit Bids only from those Bidders that submitted a Bid pursuant to the original Invitation for Bids and/or use an expedited Bid submission schedule with or without re-advertising or issuing any other public notice when the City determines that the delay from the normal solicitation procedure would not be in the City's best interests. The City desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The goals for this specific project are fifteen percent (10%) MBE participation and fifteen percent (10%) WBE participation. The City's CREO KC Forms and Instructions are incorporated into this Instruction to Bidders and are part of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS and CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The MBE/WBE/DBE Directory is available on the City's website at www.kcmo.gov. Please call the Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Department at (816) 513-1836 for assistance. There will be no Bid Security Requirements.
