Marshall Independent School District Stadium Renovation & Expansion The Owner plans to expand the existing facility and renovate the existing Stadium facility. The expansion includes a Concession / Restroom / Ticketing Building. The renovations include bleacher repairs and other areas & buildings that are part of the facility. The Project may include the following general scope items: 1. Site utilities 2. Concrete paving 3. Foundation 4. Structure 5. Masonry 6. Roofing 7. Demolition 8. Aluminum Bleachers 9. Steel Doors and Frames, Overhead Coiling Doors 10. Specialties 11. Plumbing systems 12. HVAC Systems and Building Automation 13. Electrical 14. Low Voltage Cabling 15. Fire Alarm 16. Demolition 17. Aluminum Bleachers The project will be bid as 2 separate bids between stadium repairs and the construction of the new building, building renovations, & site improvements. The intent is to award the project to one contractor. The substantial completion date is stated in the proposal form. The Owner's estimated cost of construction is $1,700,000.00 for the stadium repairs and $3,000,000.00 for the new building, building renovations, & site improvements.
