The Centennial Park Fishing Pier and the Lake Manor Boardwalk Rehabilitation Projects located at 975 Rohlwing Road and 400 W. Lake Park in Addison, IL. The project includes removal and replacement of portions of the fishing pier wood structure located at Centennial Park as well as portions of the wood structure of the boardwalk located at Lake Manor Park. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond payable to the Addison Park District for not less than five (5) percent of the total bid amount will be required for each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for the total Contract Amount. The successful bidder will also be required to execute AIA Form A101 - 2017 as the contract between the parties. All questions should be directed to Ashley Kowalczyk at W-T Group, LLC via email at AKowalczyk@wtgroup.com. In all work performed under this Contract, the Contractor and all of its subcontractors shall comply with the current provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Sections 39s-1 et seq. No bids will be withdrawn without the written consent of the Addison Park District. If a Bid is withdrawn, the Bidder will not be permitted to submit another Bid for the same project. Only bids in compliance with the provisions of the Bid Documents will be considered. Bids will be considered firm for a period of ninety (90) days. The Addison Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions of bids/portions of work and to waive any technicalities in the bidding if it should be deemed in the public interest. Question Deadline 09/12/2024 Bidders are encouraged to review the Bid Documents immediately upon receipt. The Owner and Engineer will be available to make interpretations regarding the Bid Documents and answer any questions that may arise during the Bid process.
