The Preliminary Cost Estimate to complete Project construction is $125,000.00. The Preliminary Cost Estimate is provided for reference purposes only. Bidders must independently evaluate Project requirements and propose a price for completing Project construction and other obligations under the Contract Documents based on each Bidder's independent evaluation. DIR Registered Contractor. The Bidder and all Subcontractors shall be DIR Registered Contractors pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5. The Bid Proposal of a Bidder who is not a DIR Registered Contractor when the Bid Proposal is submitted will be rejected for non-responsiveness. All Subcontractors identified in a Bidder's Subcontractors' List must be DIR Registered contractors at the time the Bid Proposal is submitted. 9. Bid Proposals Binding on Bidders.
