Roofing Replacements - Phase III The Project, Located at 4905 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, Includes Removal of Existing Roofing and Installation of New Roofing as Indicated in Scope of Work. - You are invited to submit two (2) separate bids for roofing replacement and repairs for two (2) separate roof areas at Rodef Shalom Congregation. The roof areas are designated Roof X/Organ Area and Roof Y/Lobby Area. Refer to the attached Roof Key Plan. This is a schematic drawing, not to scale. At the Bidder's option, a bid may be submitted for either one of the roof areas, or two separate bids (one for each of the two roof areas). Submit bids on the enclosed Form of Bid included with this Invitation.
