The Proposed Work Includes Approximately the Following: This Project Will Convert an Open Corridor Within the Parkway Fire Station Into Two Small Private Offices. This Project Includes the Demolition of Existing Shelving, Installation of Two Storefronts With Doors to Match Existing Nearby Offices, the Construction of a Dividing Wall, the Modification of Lighting, Hvac and Fire Suppression Systems as Well as the Addition of Carpeting Within the New Offices. All information related to this project will be posted electronically. Proposers must be prequalified in conformance with Oregon Revised Statute 279C.430 or the Grants Pass Municipal Code. A Prequalification Form Must Be Submitted to the City of Grants Pass Engineering Division, Five Calendar Days Prior to the Bid Opening Date in Order for the Bid to Be Considered. The class or classes of work for which proposers must prequalify are the following: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, ELECTRICAL, FIRE SUPPRESSION, HVAC If the proposer has prequalified with the City within one year prior to the proposal Opening, and such prequalification is for the call of work as stated above with no substantial change, then it will not be necessary to prequalify again for this bid. This is a Non-Prevailing Wage (BOLI) Project. The City of Grants Pass may reject any proposal not in compliance with all public proposal procedures and requirements, may waive any irregularities, and may reject for good cause any or all proposal upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
