2024 Padel Court Purchase and Installation The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: o Purchase, deliver, and install four (4) indoor commercial grade panoramic style padel court systems at 2205 Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park, Illinois. o Padel courts must comply with International Padel Federation (IPF) court guidelines which can be found here online o Court installation to occur within an air supported dome structure that is heated and cooled on existing asphalt with a 14" concrete ribbon curb. Existing flooring detail attached Sheet C7 and Sheet C21. o Courts need to be delivered through a vehicle airlock access point at the facility that is 12 feet high and 12 feet wide. o Courts should include pre-galvanized power coated steel and tempered glass construction. o The courts shall not include lighting or lighting pillars as the site provides adequate lighting for play. Please exclude lighting options from your bids. o All equipment required for the installation must be provided by the installer. The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. o Detailed court specifications must be included in bid submittal package using the provided specifications form included in the bid packet. o Installation can begin Monday, November 4, 2024, and must be completed by Friday, November 29, 2024. Contractors bidding on the project must have prior experience with similar projects in the United States. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, Contractor acknowledges that Contractor must comply with all requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable Illinois laws.
