Project Type RFQual (Request for Qualification) Response Types Response File Type of Award Lump Sum Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A No Services will include conceptual layout plans for the proposed improvements. Based on final conceptual plan, as approved by City, prepare schematic engineering plans, specifications and estimates. In general: o Facilitate a design kick off meeting with project stakeholders. o Develop multiple conceptual layout plans for commercial improvements to the building. o Provide 3-D renderings for each of the proposed conceptual plans. o Provide preliminary construction estimates for each of the proposed conceptual plans. o Present the conceptual plans to the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) and amend layout design per HPC recommendations. o Assist the City in facilitating public outreach as necessary. The City may elect to hold a public coordination meeting surrounding the building improvements. o Upon final selection of the conceptual layout, the consultant shall provide schematic engineering plans, specifications and estimates for the proposed improvements. The final schematic design shall include improvements mentioned in the Project Description. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
