Reference Number : 0000361177 Project Description for NTB: The project includes four (4) Base Bids for improvements to the Tenafly Department of Public Works salt shed located at 107 Grove Street, Tenafly, New Jersey. Base Bid 'A' consists of the design and rehabilitation of the existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure. Construction for Base Bid 'A' shall be completed by December 15, 2024. Base Bid 'B' consists of the removal of existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure and concrete foundation walls. Construction for Base Bid 'B' shall be completed by December 15, 2024. Base Bid 'C' consists of the design and rehabilitation of the existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure. Construction for Base Bid 'C' shall be completed within 120 days. Base Bid 'D' consists of the removal of existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure and concrete foundation walls. Construction for Base Bid 'D' shall be completed within 120 days. If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Borough of Tenafly. If bids are to be submitted electronically in accord with this notice, then the bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the Borough Clerks Office, 100 Riveredge Rd, Unit 4, Tenafly, NJ 07670.
