Heller Dam Spillway Rehabilitation. The Project includes the following Work: Diversion and Control of Water, demolition of concrete spillway and its associated drainage system; construction of new drainage system, reinforced concrete spillway, weir, stilling basin, training walls, and chute blocks; backfilling of completed spillway and stabilization of denuded areas. Bids are requested for the following Contract: General Contract Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be from $2,500,000 to $3,500,000. Anticipated Project Schedule The Project has an expected duration of 298 days from the time of Full Notice-to-Proceed to substantial completion.
