West Morris Regional High School District (the "District") for the Field House Improvements at West Morris Central HS & West Morris Mendham HS Project - PSA Commission Number 9538 WMC & 9538 WMM (the "Project"). All work shall be in accordance with the Project Documents prepared by Parette Somjen Architects, LLC, 439 Route 46 East, Rockaway, NJ 07866. WM Central HS - 359 Bartley Road, Chester, NJ 07930 WM Mendham HS - 65 E. Main Street, Mendham, NJ 07945 The District will award a single contract for the entire Project. Therefore, bids are to provide a lump sum price for the entire Project--all trades, all inclusive. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction ("DPMC") in one of the following trades: C008 - General Construction C009 - General Construction/Alterations/Additions Bidders shall also either be prequalified for, or include documentation for prequalified subcontractors for the following trades: C030 - Plumbing C032 - HVACR C047 - Electrical Pursuant to N.J.S.A 34:11-56.48, et seq., bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and to possess a current Certificate by said Department indicating compliance prior to the time and date that bids are received.
