Salt Creek Clubhouse Roof Replacement All Bidders shall figure payment of prevailing wages for all classes of labor used on the project. The successful Bidder's agreement shall contain provisions to ensure that both the Prevailing Wage (Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 48, 39s-1-12) and the Preference to Illinois Workers Act (Ill. Rev.
