The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items: Construction of approximately 14,000 LF of sanitary sewer line (24-inch to 30-inch diameter) and 12,000 LF of 12-inch Force Main line west of John Sharp Parkway including: o New Sanitary Sewer o New Force Main o Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement Overlay o Grading and Drainage Improvements o Stormwater Pollution Prevention and Erosion Control Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 10:00 AM CT In order to ensure a fair and public process, all questions related to this Request for Proposals shall be addressed in writing, via electronically. October 3, 2024 at 12 noon - Deadline to Issue Final Addendum. The City has established a target commencement date for construction activities as December 9, 2024. The projected completion date is estimated to be 310 working days. February 28, 2026 - Targeted Completion Date October 11, 2024 - Anticipated date of Notice of Intent to Award. The City of Bryan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous and to award the Proposal to the vendor offering the best value to the City of Bryan. Additionally, all Proposers are hereby notified that the City of Bryan shall consider all factors it believes to be relevant in the determination of the best value including, but not limited to, the proximity of the Proposer as it relates to their ability to perform the contract for the City of Bryan.
