Questions about this system can be directed to: City of Irving, TX The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the major work noted below in addition to other bid items identified in this contract. A. Two thousand one hundred (+-2000) LF of 8" PVC wastewater main by open cut. B. One hundred and thirty (+-130) LF of 8" PVC wastewater by bore. C. Twenty five 4-foot diameter concrete manholes with 45 feet of vertical extra depth. D. 1" -2" Long Water Services across Conflans Road. E. ALL GATE VALVES, BUTTERFLY VALVES WITH ASSOCIATED VALVE OPERATORS SHALL BE MADE IN AMERICA. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed in the following locations in the City of Irving: A. Conflans Rd from Belt Ln Rd to Esters Rd Prospective Bidders are encouraged to make a site visit. The city is currently acquiring permanent and temporary construction easements that are needed to complete the work associated with this project. Pending the sequence of completion for said acquisitions, the Contractor may receive partial and/or delayed notice to proceed with construction. Contractors shall be required to submit TCPs for review and approval a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to implementation of same.
