Tennis Court Resurfacing and Drainage The City of Bexley Recreation and Parks Department (BRPD) operates two side-by-side tennis courts within Jeffrey Park. The courts are in need of a complete mill and overlay, removal of existing lighting and drainage improvements. A layout of existing site conditions and photos are provided below. Tennis Court Surface Replacement: Mill and overlay of the two existing courts (approximately 118' x 108') including all labor, hauling of existing material, sourcing and installation of new material, restriping of tennis court surface and reinstallation of tennis court equipment (e.g. nets); Court Lighting: Removal of existing tennis court lights (four lights in total), as well as patching or restoration of the surrounding area following removal. Drain Installation: Installation of a french drain along the western border of the tennis court between the tennis and pickleball courts; Not in scope: Electrical upgrades, storm sewer upgrades, or landscaping services. Construction specification for tennis court resurfacing List of potential subcontractors Project costs for each project component including: Tennis Court Surface Replacement Current Light System removal with any needed patching Installation of a french drain along the western border of the tennis court Work experience including at least two references from clients based in Ohio Availability to begin the work with a rough schedule for completion. Submission of a quote indicates acceptance by the firm of conditions contained in this request for quote unless clearly and specifically noted in the quote submitted. The City of Bexley reserves the right without prejudice to reject any or all quotes. Deadline for Questions 4 pm, Tuesday, September 10, 2024
