Foster Road at Wildflower Way Traffic Signal project by Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 4:00 Scope of Project: Construction of a new traffic signal, associated pedestrian amenities, and necessary sidewalk improvements at the intersection of Foster Rd. and Wildflower Way. The Foster Road at Overlook Parkway Traffic Signal Project is located on the east side of San Antonio. The project includes the construction of a traffic signal at the intersection, replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, and pavement markings and signing. Scope of Work: Limits: Within 600 feet of the intersection on each approach Traffic signal construction at the intersection ADA curb ramps on two corners of the intersection Pavement Markings on all approaches Replace, relocate or remove signs on each approach Underground utilities shall be located and verified prior to beginning any construction work Any request for modifications must be submitted in writing and approved by the Design Consultant & Bexar County Public Works All work will be located within the existing Right-of-Way Duration for Completion - Within 45 Working Days Liquidated Damages - $700/Working Day Schedule for Completion - One construction phase for the all traffic signal, ADA Ramps, Signing and Pavement Markings Any request for modifications must be submitted in writing and approved by the Design Consultant & Bexar County Public Works Traffic Control - Use Standard TxDOT Standard Traffic Signal Work Barricades and Signs Standards for TCP (WZ (BTS-1-2) -13
