This is a requirement for a carpet installation, which will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable. This solicitation is for NAICS 238330. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitation. However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard $19 million for NAICS 238330 at the time of submission. 1. Scope of Work: The work consists of providing all non-personal services to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to: Replace carpet and VCB in the main cubical area of F. 328 and side offices as identified in the attached "633 CES CARPET PLAN LAYOUT." Approximately 21,863 SF of new carpet is required in addition to approximately 823 SF of anti0static carpet. A. Demo cove base throughout the identified rooms. B. Demo existing carpet in the identified rooms. C. In the identified areas, complete the following: o Provide and properly install new carpet in all demoed areas. o Carpet shall be tiles. D. Provide and properly install new cove base. Install 4" dark grey VCB 2. Installation will be during normal workdays-Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The contractor will make every effort in as quick and timely manner as possible. The contractor will phase work to coincide with major systems furniture and office furniture replacement and such that occupants have as little disruption as possible. 3.
