The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to add a 2000 kW enclosed standby rated generator or the adequate size as determined by the vendor or the electrical engineer during the bid process, duct banks, self-contained 1,995 fuel tank and pump (or size determined by vendor), a pre-assembled outbuilding of approximately 500 sq. foot with foundation and roof to house the generator enclosure and be built to the Miami Dade Code. Any openings such as doors, windows or louvers must meet the ASCE 7 Standards, Conduit, wiring, and other appurtenances. The contractor shall provide, install and test all items to ensure quality craftsmanship and warranty requirements are met. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (CDT) on Friday, September 20, 2024, 2024. Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget $1,869,000.00
