D4.purch@dot.state.fl.us 9-25-2024 5:00 Pm FDOT - Districtwide Data Network Structured Cabling System The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) (hereinafter referred to as "Department") seeks to obtain a qualified Vendor to provide a compliant Districtwide Data Network Structured Cabling System to replace existing cabling in FDOT offices with a combination of Wireless access points, wall jacks, and jacks in cubes (the "Project"). FDOT currently has a mixture of cabling in the Agency Buildings which needs to be removed and replaced with a uniform Category 6 (CAT 6) Plenum Cabling. The Scope of Work will include: The displaced cables must be removed from the site once the new cabling is installed. The current network must be kept up and running while the new system is installed. Removal of existing replaced cables currently residing in the ceiling at three (3) locations: 1.
