All times are local Phoenix time SCOPE OF WORK The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Lift Station 43 Force Main Rehabilitation Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The force mains associated with Lift Station 43 convey wastewater flows from the lift station located near 75th Avenue and Vineyard Road north approximately 7,920 LF along the 75th Avenue alignment to Broadway Road. There are currently three 24-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) force mains. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at S. 75th Avenue and W. Vineyard Road. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $7.6 million. For questions, contact Heather Roye, Contracts Specialist at 602-261-8894.
