The removal and reinstallation of existing AV & Security devices. Project consists of the installation of a new secure vestibule. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the Districts best interests. Bids will be received, publicly opened and read at the Kalamazoo Public Schools Facilities Department located at 600 West Vine Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49008. All bidders are encouraged to attend the bid opening. Project Description: The removal and reinstallation of existing AV & Security devices.
