****This Solicitation is for the Northeast Region MATOC Pool only**** Reference is made to Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Number W912QR21D0056 - W912QR21D0060, W9121QR21D0085 and W912QR21D0086, to provide Design Bid/Build Construction Projects primarily within the Northeast Region. The cost range is between$500,000.00 and $1,000,000. Design and construction of a concrete block Moving Armor Target (MAT) Wall for Range 26, at Fort McCoy, WI. Work includes demolition of the existing timber pile wall, associated earthwork, and reconnection of existing electrical equipment, as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this project. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after receipt and approval of the bonds. Remove existing electrical equipment from the timber wall and provide safe storage for all components that can be removed and relocated. Provide safe storage for all components including underground conductors and other wiring. The ends of the wire must be covered such they they are not exposed to any outside factors.Install existing electrical equipment on new wall and reconnect to existing circuit previously serving equipment. The work consists of the design, selective demolition and renovation of a Moving Armor Target (MAT) at Ft McCoy, WI..The project includes upgrading MAT wall from timber to concrete block and incidental related work. Refer to other sections of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for additional information. Comply with the requirements contained in this RFP. The design and technical criteria contained and cited in this RFP establish minimum standards for design and construction quality. The objective of this solicitation is to obtain a durable and functional target wall complete and adequate for assignment. The project includes a concrete block gravity wall, associated foundation and all other necessary support. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
