This work includes the preparation, alteration, application, erection, assembling, molding, spraying, pouring, mixing, hanging, adjusting, repairing, dismantling, reconditioning, maintenance, finishing, and/or weatherproofing of cold or hot thermal insulation with such materials as may be specified when those materials are to be installed for thermal purposes and fire protection purposes in voids, or to create voids, or on piping, fittings, HVAC ductwork, grease ducts, valves, boilers, ducts, flues, tanks, vats, equipment, or on any hot or cold surfaces for the purpose of thermal control or to be installed for sound attenuation purposes on mechanical devices, equipment, piping, surfaces related in an integral way to the insulation of such mechanical devices, equipment and piping, Nanotechnology, energy audits, thermography, and thermal imaging. This work also includes all labor connected with the handling, truck driving and distribution of thermal insulation on the job premises. US-93 in the project area is a Rural Minor Arterial with one 12-foot lane per direction and negligible for both directions outside of town limits. SR 160 in the project area is a Rural Principal Arterial with two 12-foot lane per direction with 4-foot interior and 8-foot exterior shoulders for both directions. SR 168 in the project area is a Rural Major Collector with one 12-foot lane per direction and negligible shoulders for both directions. SR 169 in the project area is an Urban Major Collector with two 11-foot lanes per direction from MP CL 6.81-7.29 and one 12-foot lanes per direction throughout the rest of the project area. SR 170 in the project area is a Rural and transitions to Urban Major Collector with one 12-foot lane per direction and negligible shoulders (less than 1-foot) for both directions. SR 319 in the project area is a Rural Major Collector with two 12-foot lane per direction from MP LN 0.86-1.33 and one 12-foot lane per direction throughout the rest of the project area.
