PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Improvements at Epic Park (473 Westridge Pkwy) in Verona Wisconsin. The project includes park improvements for a new shelter/restroom building. Site work includes Grading, excavation, erosion control, sanitary sewer, water lines and paths. The shelter/restroom building is a combination of enclosed covered areas totaling 1,161 SF and include concrete foundations/patio, masonry walls and wood framed EPDM covered roof. Additional Description: No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Carter Arndt, 1230 South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913. The bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder fail to do so, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount shall be required from the successful Bidder. Prequalification of bidders will not be required. Bidders to whom award of a Contract is under consideration shall submit to Architect, upon request, a properly executed AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualifications Statement. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
