The work included under this project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition and disposal of 316 Deviller Street and a detached garage at 1111 Congress Street in accordance with the Contract Documents. These will require demolition with asbestos in place and the services of an asbestos certified demolition contractor. The work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and site restoration. There will be an no pre-bid walkthrough. Interested parties are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the property and locations. BID SECURITY: Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price in the form described in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof. WMBE/EEO: The City of Ogdensburg encourages Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses to bid and/or subcontract in this project. The City of Ogdensburg has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity organization.
