The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including but not limited to: . Install approximately 220 lineal feet of ductile iron potable water pipe, 12-inch diameter . Install fittings and couplings with restrained joints . Abandon approximately 200 lineal feet of existing water pipe . Install approximately 90 tons of asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) . Replace approximately 4 traffic signal loop detectors . Rehabilitate street markings and signs . Perform additional and Incidental Work as required by the specifications and construction plans . Hour of work shall be between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. . City's engineer estimate for this project ranges from $140,000 to $165,000. This project is a public works project subject to the State of Oregon prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the awarded contract. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. All bids must be submitted in the prescribed form and said manner outlined in the solicitation. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Milwaukie in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
