The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the bid or proposal. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids, without the consent of the Town of Avon, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled Bid Opening. The Town of Avon reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make Award in such a manner as they may deem right and proper for the best interest of the Town of Avon.
