Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform tree removal services at the Corte Madera DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: 75 Tamal Vista Blvd., Corte Madera, CA 94925 CSLB Licenses required: C49 OR D49, only. Term: Up to two (2) weekends within a term of nine (9) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). Proposed start date of contract: 10/1/24 or upon contract approval Question Deadline 09/16/2024 at 11:00 AM PT Written responses to questions released by: 9/18/24. Submit all questions via email to the contact person : Nadine Jocich Department of Motor Vehicles Email: Nadine.Jocich@dmv.ca.gov. Per Public Contract Code Section 7103, the awarded contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to one-hundred-percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the contract if the awarded contractor's total bid amount exceeds $25,000.00. A bid may be rejected if it is conditional or incomplete. The DMV may reject any or all bids and may waive any immaterial deviation in a bid. The DMV's waiver of immaterial defect shall in no way modify the SB Bid document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the contract.
