It is the mission of the City of Lynwood to create and maintain a clean, safe, attractive, wellinformed, self-reliant and pride filled community that provides access to outstanding social, cultural, recreational, educational, and economical opportunities for residents and businesses. Within the City of Lynwood, California, is Lynwood City Park which contains (3) baseball fields and one open space area; the baseball field which is referenced in this RFP is located at the west half of the park. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to repair/retrofit (20) existing light poles around the Lynwood Park Baseball Field and add (2) complete, from foundation to pole top, light poles on the Southeast side of the park. This includes but is not limited to boring electrical conduit, concrete footings for light poles, installing light poles located at Lynwood Park. Prospective contractors are encouraged to submit proposals that maximize the quality and quantity of improvements while staying within this budget. Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00%
