Reference Number 0000346734 The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (Grand Traverse Band or GTB) is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors interested in contracting with the GTB to provide HVAC Services to replace boilers on the HVAC system at the Grand Traverse Bands Strongheart Civic Center. The new system must be energy-efficient, comply with all relevant regulations and codes, and ensure optimal climate control throughout the facility. Bonding will be in the amount of 100% of the contract cost. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposal submission date.
