The OWNER, Dogwood Hills Golf Course invites bids for the construction of the Golf Course Irrigation System Installation, located in Portland, Tennessee. All sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with these instructions and the accompanying plans and specifications. NOTE: If any of the general business requirements of the specifications should conflict with those related in the contract documents for the golf course construction bid, the golf course construction bid documents shall have priority. This project is funded in part by a Local Parks and Recreation Fund grant administered by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. All construction activities shall be completed with full compliance of the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Standards as well as any additional accessibility standards identified and accepted locally and/or on the state level. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form attached to these bid documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. Contract time for project completion is 90 calendar days. Any questions concerning this project, or the enclosed specifications and drawings, shall be directed via email only to Paula Hepp at OHM Advisors (email: paula.hepp@ohmadvisors.com). The deadline for questions is September 13, 2024, at Noon. Responses to questions will be uploaded on on September 20, 2024. Contract time for project completion is 90 calendar days.
