Description of Work: the Scope of Work for This Project Includes, but is Not Limited to Furnishing All Labor, Processes, Equipment, Transportation, Removal and Services Necessary for the Oak Knoll Sports Fields Dugout Remodel and Outfield Fencing Replacement. Mandatory Site Walkthrough: Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Oak Knoll Park - South Parking Lot 9600 Graham St., Cypress, CA 90630 Completion of Work: All Work Shall Be Completed Within Fifteen (15) Working Days Following Written Notice To Proceed From the City. Contractor's License: at the Time of the Award of the Contract, the Successful Bidder Shall Possess a Class "a" or "B" Contractor's License or a Combination of Specialty Class "C" Licenses Sufficient to Cover All of the Work To Be Performed by Him. Contractor shall submit Certificates of Insurance, Faithful Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond (for contract amount on the forms provided), and shall obtain a no-fee Public Works Permit and a City business license, prior to beginning construction. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding and to make awards in the interest of the City
