The fence is intended for the use and benefit of the property owners within Sunnyside Estates and the public. The fence is to be constructed on County property and paid for by public funds (see Location Map). Therefore, public bidding requirements and prevailing wage requirements must be followed. The project is funded with Park Impact Fees. The fence construction will span 1,400 linear feet (lf) connecting the Sunnyside Estates Development, providing privacy, security and decreasing property damage to the proposed park. The fence will restrict access to vehicles and pedestrians from using it as a passageway. Request for Clarification: August 27, 2024, 11:00am\ please submit a question at County's eProcurement Portal explaining what information is confidential and asking how it should be submitted. the Contractor shall possess a current and valid Type (A) General Engineering Contractor License or Type (B) General Building Contractor License. The cost estimate is approximately $80,000 to $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. bid bond required. 100% performance bond and 100% payment bonds required from successful bidder.
