The project consists of an annual maintenance contract to rehabilitate the City s water lines and emergency on call work items. The will issue work orders for pipe bursting, open cut, flow stops, service taps, installation of tees, point repairs, tapping sleeves, gate valves, and fire hydrants as described in the Bid Documents.
