Kanawha County Judicial Building Expansion and Renovations Approximately 18,200 sf of renovations and 5,900 sf of expansion work are included in the bid documents. The Judicial Building will conduct business throughout the construction process. All construction is assumed to be conducted 5 days a week from 6pm to 6am A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond, a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award, and a Maintenance Bond for the 100% of the new roof value Written questions may be submitted to the Architect on or before September 13, 2024.
