Reference number: 20015391 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-09-09 Various corrective work to be carried out in order to remedy problems identified on site Centre intégré des maladies infectieuses animales (CIMIA) laboratory carried out in 2019 in Pavilion 626 of the Université de Montréal's faculty of Veterinary Medicine, at the Saint-Hyacinthe Campus, QC. The work consists mainly of corrective work on existing electromechanical systems, mainly in ventilation, but not limited to: adding relative humidity probes; programming the new probes to send alarms to the building automation system; validating control sequences; adding a humidification and dehumidification system in a specific room; modifying piping; installing a wall-mounted air-conditioning unit with controller; and so on. Some architectural work will also be required, but not limited to: Replacement of epoxy flooring; removal of existing doors, frames and hardware, and installation of new elements; painting work; opening and drilling work in existing walls for the passage of electrical/mechanical conduits; dismantling work and openings in existing ceilings for the passage of conduits, and restoration to original condition of items affected by the work; installation of new identification plates (signage) for all new doors in accordance with UdeM standards; miscellaneous patching and finishing work on walls and ceilings; installation of temporary protection; etc. Start date of works: 2024-10-14 End date of works: 2025-05-02
