Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Parking Lot and Site Improvements at Wiggins Waterfront Park The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the demolition of the existing paver walkway area adjacent to the existing parking lot and the construction of a new parking lot connected to the existing, including milling, paving, and new concrete sidewalks. It also includes the installation of new lighting, solar bollards, topsoiling, and seeding. Also included is the construction of a new concrete/brick area adjacent to the marina with new tree pit systems. If hand-delivered, bids must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 12:00 PM ET. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by email to Ms. Jessica Hauber at jessica.hauber@rve.com.
