A. The work to be done shall include performing all operations and furnishing all equipment, tools, materials and labor necessary to execute, complete and deliver all of the work and related items required for the project as called for on the drawings and as specified herein. B. This project includes but is not necessarily limited to the following general items of work 1. All related work as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. 2. The removal and replacement of existing Tennis Court Lights and lighting controls. 3. The remove and replacement of the Panel and Meter serving the Tennis Court Lights. This project generally consists of the demolition of the existing electrical and removal of hazardous materials, furnish and install new electrical, including all appurtenances. As stated in the Notice to Bidders, Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, General Engineering Contractor's License "A." The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) consecutive calendar days.
