Scope of Work Location: North B St. - N G St., N Ocean Breeze, N Palmway & N Lakeside between Lake & Lucerne The objective of the project is to make repairs to missing and/or damaged concrete along with mill & paving the crossover streets between Lake & Lucerne. The crossover streets included are North B St. - N G St., N Ocean Breeze, N Palmway & N Lakeside. Concrete repairs will include replacement of 4 sidewalks along with adding new 4 sidewalks where they are missing. Remove & replace 6 driveway aprons and curbing. Mill 1 and resurface 1 of the asphalt road and replacement of all thermoplastic road markings. This will provide a safer roadway and walkway for the residents & businesses in the area. The project includes an estimated 8,000 SY of mill & pave, roughly 5,223 SF of 4 sidewalk remove & replacement, 2,000 SF of 6 apron remove & replacement along with thermoplastic road markings, yellow RPMs at double yellows, blue RPMs are to be replaced at all fire hydrants. All work performed shall be completed to city engineering standards. (See Public Works Approved Specifications for Concrete & Resurface) Concrete shall be 3,000 P.S.I., Asphalt shall be SP 9.5. All measurements are estimated. The bidder is responsible for confirming all measurements for an all-inclusive lumpsum bid. North B St. includes roughly 633 SY of mill & pave along with 644 SF 4 sidewalk and 330 SF 6 apron (Stop bar). North C St. includes roughly 633 SY of mill & pave along with 385 SF new 4 sidewalk, 150 SF 4 sidewalk and 200 SF 6 apron, removal of 55 SF apron & thermoplastic road markings (Stop bar, 6 white parking lines).
