The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, administrative oversight, general supplies for the performance of duties and cleaning of work area, and all other items necessary for, or incidental to, providing goods/services at the Orlando International Airport in accordance with this Specification. The AAR will provide direction on what general supplies are the responsibility of the Contractor and what type of cleaning products are approved. The runways consist of centerline, edge, touchdown zone lighting fixtures. Refer to Attachment "A" for a tabulation of light fixture counts. The lighting circuits are connected in series and are powered by multiple step Constant Current Regulators ("CCR") located in four (4) electrical vaults on the airfield. Contractor shall provide the testing services on an annual basis or as otherwise requested. All work performed will be on the Air Operations Area ("AOA") and therefore, all AOA procedural requirements shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Question Submission Deadline:September 3, 2024, 5:00pm Respondents shall submit all inquiries regarding this Solicitation via the e-Procurement Platform. Tentative Committee Date:October 1, 2024 Tentative Aviation Authority Board Date:October 16, 2024 Unless all Responses are rejected by the Aviation Authority, a Notice of Intent to Award is anticipated to be provided within ninety (90) days from the opening of Responses to the responsible and responsive Respondent submitting the Response deemed to be most advantageous to the Aviation Authority, all factors being considered. For all procurements, the Aviation Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Responses and to cancel the procurement or to solicit new Responses.
