The City of Pensacola is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from professional Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Consulting Firms with experience in architectural design, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, civil engineering, permitting, and construction administration, with said services being used for the Fricker Resource Center Renovation Project. This project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program and the Multifamily Preservation and Creation Fund (MPCF) from Florida Commerce, requiring compliance with all associated federal, state, and local regulations.
