The City of Pensacola, Florida requests sealed bids from professional maintenance service firms with experience in the following areas: vacuum truck operation, tank decanting, solids handling, solids transport, confined space entry, maintenance of traffic and other related tasks to provide cleaning services of one hundred sixteen (116) underground stormwater treatment units. Three (3) Year Contract for Underground Sediment Tank Cleaning Question Deadline 09/13/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Any questions concerning the bid should be addressed and submitted in writing to: Dedria Lunderman, Purchasing Manager City of Pensacola 222 W. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to award bids on a split-order basis by item number when applicable, to waive any bid informalities and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City of Pensacola.
