The Purpose of This Project is to Install Lighting on All Ramps at the Social Hill Rest Area on Interstate 30 in Hot Spring County. This Prioject Consists of Lighting and Misc. Items. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company.
