Replace one (1) 5hp STP Motor on Diesel Fuel Tank New Orleans Regional Transit Authority seeks quotes from qualified vendors to replace one (1) 5hp STP Motor on a 20k gallon underground diesel fuel tank located at 2817 Canal St. New Orleans, LA 70119. Per specifications below, the vendor shall: Mobilize to site and. Inform GC/owner's representative of planned work activities. Conduct pre-job hazard assessment safety meeting and review site safety plan. Identify workspace and site traffic flow, barricade workspace utilizing safety traffic cones, orange fencing, and crossbars in conjunction with vehicles. Ensure fire extinguishers, spill cleanup station and safety signs are properly displayed, located and accessible in the event of an emergency. Disconnect STP wiring/piping within sump. Utilize crane truck to lift one existing 5hp STP out of tank. Remove existing motor. Provide and install one Red Jacket 5 HP 6'' UMP Replacement Pump Motor Kit. Utilize crane truck to install STP back into tank. Reconnect wiring/piping to STP. Test STP/motor to ensure that equipment is working properly. Clean work area. Demobilize. 1 Total cost including cost of labor, and all parts, materials, and equipment.
