The Housing Authority of the City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for Galego Court Concrete Window Wells Replacement This project is subject to prevailing wage rates. Question Deadline 09/11/2024 at 10:00 AM ET All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Alissa Stipa at astipa@pawthousing.org of Pawtucket Housing Authority. Upon receipt of any written questions, an addendum will be issued to all bidders on Friday, September 13th, 2024. Specs: Remove and dispose of current window wells on all the wood buildings Prep each area for new concrete Pour and form new concrete window wells Contractor requirements: Contractor to supply all permits, State or City, if needed to the PHA. Contractors will remove and dispose of all debris and trash from the site daily. Contractor must use Davis Bacon Wage RESIDENTIAL: General Decision Number: RI2024002 Mod 4 Certified Payroll will be submitted through LCP Tracker Certificate of Insurance needs to be submitted with proposal. Please incorporate Scope into your proposal. The hours of work are 7:00am - 3:30PM Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received because of this request, to negotiate will all qualified sources, or to cancel in part or in its entirety, the Request for Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the Housing Authority to do so, for any reason.
