The scope of this project includes a (Base Bid) new 17,677 square foot gymnasium, locker room, kitchen and cafeteria with an (Add Alternate No. 1) 7,415 square foot classroom wing. The project shall include a pre-engineered metal building gymnasium with wood framed construction for the cafeteria and kitchen. The Scope of Work shall include, but not limited to the following: pre-engineered metal building system, wood framed construction, interior finishes, fixtures, specialties, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm system, and site improvements all as required by, specified in, and shown on the Contract Documents.
