The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for All City of Albuquerque Parks Irrigation Systems, Supplies, Parts, and Accessories in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein. The City intends to establish a Price Agreement ("Contract") for Irrigation Systems, Supplies, Parts, and Accessories. The City will award multiple agreements under this procurement. Question Deadline 09/09/2024 at 5:00 PM MT, Location online portal. Any questions regarding this RFB shall be submitted online. The City will not respond to questions that are submitted by any other means than electronically through online. The term of the Contract shall be for two (2) years from date of award with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years. The term of the Contract shall not exceed a total Contract term of four (4) years. The City reserves the right to analyze, examine and interpret any Bid for a minimum period of ninety (90) calendar days, after the deadline for the receipt of bids. Bids may not be rescinded during this period except for good cause and with the written approval of the Chief Procurement Officer. In those situations where the analysis/evaluation exceeds the ninety (90) calendar days, Bidders may withdraw their bids from consideration.
