The Contract shall commence upon the date of the duly executed Agreement and shall remain in effect for a term of three (3) years. The City of Delray Beach is seeking Bids from qualified contractorsto provide blown mulch and install services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid. SCOPE: City of Delray Beach, Florida ("City") is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Blown Mulch and Install Services for the City of Delray Beach The City will not hold a Pre-Proposal Conference. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
