The deadline to ask questions is 9/13/2024 10:00 AM CST The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to, installation of finescreen system, galvanized-steel gratings and platform for finescreen system access; modification of headworks piping; installation of dumpster pad and drain line; installation of 84,000 gallons bolted-steel ground storage tank for reuse water storage; crushed concrete driveway expansion; installation/modification of necessary electrical equipment required for the addition of finescreen system and ground storage tank. Site restoration. All work shall be completed in place and in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Additional Notes Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
