This work shall include, but not be limited to, mobilization, repairs, supply and installation of new lighting, hand dryers, receptacles, telephone jacks, stainless steel toilets and sinks, doors, signs and mirrors, as well as associated work such as power washing of facilities and patching of floors as delineated in Technical Specification section. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Federally Funded - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Prevailing Wage Required Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in the form and subject to the conditions stipulated in the bid documents. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %. The Village reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposals, or to reject any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals.
